What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Storm was born in December of 2020 and we took her as a puppy with the anticipation that we would be moving into a bigger home with a large yard in the next few months. But life happens, and we have yet to move as planned. We have built her a 10x10 enclosure outdoors, covered roof with Fan/Heat, dog house & cot, for her to be more comfortable. Fee includes Petmate dog house ($139) & her accessories.
Storm had an accident at 1 years old and broke her leg, and as a result it had to be amputated. She hasn't let that slow her down at all!! She can run around like she never lost her leg. Walking on tile is a little difficult for her so carpet or rugs are best.
She needs time to warm up to people. We do have another cat and dog and does okay with them. She is food territorial around our other dog, so a home with a strong experienced owner or no other pets is probably best for her. She is goof and loves to fall into you. She will lay on your feet and enjoy all the rubs you can give her.
