My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I'm Guppy, and let me tell you a little about myself!

Well, I'm a big snuggler, and there's nothing I love more than curling up with my humans and soaking in all the love and affection. Belly rubs are my absolute favs so bring them on!

Now, when it comes to kids, I'd probably do best around older kids. I do like to get some petting time and attention from them. Like I said, I love affection!

I am learning so much about how to get along with other dogs. I really enjoy their company and my best doggie friend's name is Harvey. We love spending time together probably because our vibes match up so well. If you decide I'm the guy for you (fingers crossed), I still would appreciate slow introductions and time to get acquainted with my new fur siblings.

My favorite pastimes include sunbathing in the yard, chilling on the patio, playing with my squeaky toys, going for a road trip (that includes running errands), or a good ol' chew toy. Balls are my absolute must-have toys, but I have a tendency to get overly protective of them. (I thought keep away was a game, but my trainer tells me not the way I play it.) I'm working hard on learning to share balls, and my trainer says I'm making great progress.

When it comes to exercise, I'm not gonna lie -- I can be a bit of a procrastinator. But here's the deal, my trainer says I've mastered the treadmill and walking beside a bike. So, you just need to encourage me a bit and together we can conquer our steps. We're in it to win it!

Let's talk about the crate. I don't mind my crate! I actually prefer it and sometimes have my meals in it. I do require a heavy-duty one though.

And in case you haven't noticed, I'm downright adorable! But don't let my looks fool you. I still need a strong leader who's willing to continue training and setting boundaries. But hey, we'll have a blast along the way!

So, who's ready to embark on this adventure with me? Let's make some memories and have a whole lot of fun while we're at it!

Looking for my forever people,
Guppy
