I'm a sweet senior gal looking for a cozy retirement home where I can enjoy my golden years. I'm both house trained and crate trained, and I love going for walks and relaxing with my favorite humans. While I appreciate my own space, I would be happiest as the only fur kid in the home, where I can be the center of attention. After all, I've got a lot of love to give! I've been through some tough times, but with a little extra TLC and occasional vet care, I'm ready to thrive in a caring environment. I'm also looking for an understanding family who will help keep me calm and comforted during loud noises like thunderstorms and fireworks. Let's make some wonderful memories together!

Additional adoption info

Since we are a foster-based rescue, viewing our animals online to find one that you are interested is best. Once you have found an animal you would like to adopt, complete the application by visiting our website at: hhsanimals.org and clicking on the animals picture. We will review it and forward to the animal's foster and have them contact you to go over the next steps.
Our adoption fees are:

Dogs and puppies = $175 + tax
Cats and kittens = $105 + tax

Adoption fees for purebred animals and out-of-state adoptions will be different than those listed above.

These fees include all age appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and spay/neuter. We have discounted adoption fees for senior citizens and senior animals.

SInce the vast majority of our animals are kept in foster homes, it's best to contact us at: info@hhsanimals.org to inquire about meeting an animal. You can also visit some of our available pets at one of our weekly adoption events at either the Petsmart or Petco stores near Bandera Rd and 1604 in far NW San Antonio on Saturday's from 12:00-3:00.
