My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Rain, the playful oddball who will keep you entertained all day long!

Rescued during a storm, Rain has since blossomed into a lively, quirky 3-year-old with a love for life. Whether she's chasing toys with acrobatic leaps or enjoying her beloved catnip, Rain's big personality shines through in everything she does. Her unpredictable, amusing antics and her endearing nature will keep you laughing. She's got a unique charm-unpredictable and a little weird, but always endearing.

If you're looking for a cat who's equal parts lovable and eccentric, Rain is the one for you!

More about this shelter

CCA was founded in 1980 by a small group of individuals dedicated to helping animals. Since then, our group has grown to include a small shelter. Our group's mission is varied: to maintain a shelter for abandoned, sick or injured animals; to adopt out dogs and cats to loving permanent homes; to provide for their animals low-cost spay/neuter assistance to families who lack the means to pay; and to strive to prevent and to stop abuse and/or neglect of an animal.

We are always in need of volunteers! If you are interested in becoming a part of our group, please let us know by calling 864.243.4222. We'd be glad to have you on board!
