Meet Reba ♥
Reba is not just any ordinary pup; she's a shining example of love and resilience.

Born on August 13th, 2023, this precious girl found herself in a rural shelter at a tender age. Despite the challenges, fate smiled upon her, leading her to the doorstep of a Louisiana rescue, where they instantly knew she was something special. Many of these smaller rescues are forming in Louisiana with the help of Best Friends Animal Society - but these more remote groups do not have the resources to market their dogs and unfortunately they end up being in their care for much longer than needed. Such is the case with Reba. At eight weeks of age, Reba has been under the loving care of a foster family, blossoming into the sweet, tender-hearted dog she is today. With her endearing personality and unwavering affection for life, she has captured the hearts of everyone she meets. Now 6 months later, she still has no home and NYSRR agreed to take her into their program and get her adopted here. This well behaved, sweet girl deserves to have a wonderful forever home. Reba is currently still with her foster in Louisiana but NYSRR will make arrangements for this sweet girl to come to the Northeast on the next available transport.
