My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cooper is a 3 year old Chi mix who was rescued from a hoarding situation with 26 others. He is young so he has a lot of spunk! But once he gets rid of his energy, he’s looking for a lap or a snuggle under the covers!

He seems to get along fine with the other dogs in the foster home. He would be fine around older children who understand how to handle a small dog. He is a very happy dog. We did find that probably due to living with so many dogs and having to possibly fight for food he can get food aggressive with other dogs. So he should be fed separately from the other dogs in the home until this issue can be resolved.

He does need work on his housebreaking. We discovered he does walk well on a leash and really seems to enjoy it. The foster mom took him to a pet store and he did great with other dogs and ignored the cats.
