Meet Mowgli! Mowgli is a 9 month old good boy looking for a home that will let him run and play and learn how amazing life is! The world is still very new to Mowgli so new people and new things can be a bit scary, but he is ready to take on the world with his amazing attitude and a smile on his face. Mowgli has previously lived with kids, has done great with other dogs, and seems to be fully potty trained. He loves to play in the water and go for adventures, but he would prefer to avoid scary things like fire hydrants and squeaky doors.

Cats over 4 months -- $75 for one, $100 for two
Puppies under 4 months -- $125
Dogs over 4 months-- $100
Rabbits -- $50 for one, $80 for two
Guinea Pigs -- $15 for one, $25 for two
Rats - $8.00 for one (only if you have an existing rat), $10 for two, $50 for family with cage

The main caregiver and an adult in the family are required to be present and meet the animal to adopt. An application and signed contract is required, and homeownership or verification from a landlord that the pet is allowed is required. Dog adoptions require an introduction to all members of the family as well as any existing dogs.

Furry Friends seeks to assist all animals in need through a variety of programs. Furry Friends is operated completely by volunteers and all donations go directly to the programs it operates. Unlike local traditional shelters, Furry Friends receives no assistance by local, state, or federal governments.
