My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MAMA LUCY

Hi there, I'm Mama Lucy, the Lab-Terrier Mix with Some Seriously Special Skills!

So, let me tell you a little story... I came to the shelter as a proud mom with my babies (all adopted now-yay!), and I went to a foster home for a bit. Sounds great, right? Well, I may have scared my foster mom just a little too much... because guess what? I can climb trees! Yep, you read that right-TREE CLIMBING! I might be part cat... (I know, I'm as surprised as you are-haha!)

A Little More About Me (besides my hidden cat powers):

I'm a Lab-Terrier mix, 2.5 years young, and weighing a perfect 40 lbs of pure energy and love!

I'm affectionate, love giving hugs, and snuggling is my absolute fave!

I'm eager to please-I love making people smile!

Super friendly and playful-I've got doggy friends here at the shelter, and my bestie is Lorelai! (we look like twins)

Oh, and did I mention I'm almost potty trained and a pro at settling in my crate?

I've got a quirky side (see: tree climbing), but that just makes me more fun!

Now I just need a foster or forever home that can handle my wild skills-and by wild, I mean being the sweetest, silliest, and most loving pup you've ever met.

Will you be my person? I promise, I'll keep the tree climbing to a minimum... maybe.
