Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Camille is a sweet little lady that enjoys being held A LOT! She does play with the other puppies in the foster home but she doesn't like it rough. She would best be suited with another small dog or perhaps an older dog that can be gentle with her.
Camilla is tiny and not recommended for young children as she could easily be hurt. Children 12+ or young children that visit on occasion will be ok as long as they are monitored around them.
Camilla likes freeze dried treats and has been introduced to the clicker for training. Camilla was born in a puppy mill and has not received the socialization a puppy should have. Foster mom is working on building her confidence.
Camilla is teething and will chew on inappropriate things, so tiny chews will be a good outlet for her.
Camilla's adoption is $500. She is too young to be spayed and a spay contract will be required. Leia's Hope covers the spay if using our vet in Troy, Mo. She is current on age appropriate vaccines and subsequent vaccines are at the adopter's expense. She is microchipped. Visit leiashope.org for our adoption process.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a volunteer ran rescue with full time jobs. Please allow 7-10 days for application processing.
All of our dogs are in foster homes and a meet and greet is done ONLY after an approved application.
We do adopt out of the area. However, we do not ship or provide transportation. You must come to the location of the dog to meet and adopt. NO EXCEPTION. All family members and dogs must be present at the meet.
Dogs are a commitment for THEIR lifetime. For puppies this could be 15 years. If YOU cannot commit to the lifetime of the DOG, please do not apply. Puppies under 9 months must go to a home where there is someone home frequently (works from home or a partner is home), can adequately socialize and train the puppy, and can keep up with puppy energy!
