My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Indie is a 3.5 year old Australian Shepherd. He is a super loyal companion and loves nothing more than being around his people. He’s not a huge toy-lover, but he does love playing fetch, tug of war, and playing with dogs familiar to him.

Indie is very protective of his people and his home. For that reason, he would do best living in a quieter area. He can be aggressive towards strangers and unfamiliar dogs, but is able to get to know new people (as long as they give him treats!)

Indie will do great with an experienced dog owner who is comfortable with an anxious and reactive dog and able to give him the attention and training he needs. He is okay being home alone during the day and is not destructive or prone to accidents. Just know that if you’re gone for a long time, he’ll be SO a excited to see you when you come home!
