Meet Tucker & Fletcher, a beautiful bonded pair of big Sable Rough Collies! These boys are extremely close, and we’re committed to helping them find a shared happily ever after with the same forever family!
Tucker is an absolute sweetheart with the cutest pointed ears! He’s shyer than Fletcher is and takes a bit more time to warm up to strangers, but he has so much love to give to those that he learns to trust. Due to a traumatic experience before he came into rescue, Tucker can be anxious at times and may experience occasional panic attacks. With Fletcher and a loving forever family by his side, we think that his anxiety will lessen with time.
Fletcher is a giant, happy goober with tipped ears and a lot of energy! He’s a bit shy at first when meeting new people, but once he warms up to someone, they’ve earned his trust forever. He loves to play, and like many Collies, he tends to jump up and be a bit mouthy when he’s really excited. We’re sure that with a little patience and effort, he’ll be a perfectly proper Collie in no time.
Both boys are house-trained and crate-trained. They’re not fans of loud noises, so we think that a home in a quiet neighborhood or area would most likely be best for them. They need to be separated while they’re eating (or else Tucker will gobble up all of Fletcher’s food in addition to his own!), and they also have to have a physical fence at their forever home to ensure that they stay safe.
