Hi, my name is Amethyst and I'm a 1-year-old pup looking for a fur ever home. I am housetrained and I get along with most dogs, but I do seem to have some unknown trigger moments. So, it would be best to do a proper introduction first. I also am food protective thus feeding me separately is a must. I love kids but would do best with older ones as I play a little too rough. I'm a bit skittish at first but will warm up if you give me time. If you are interested, please let the shelter know so they can set up a meet and greet.

Shelter open hours are Monday through Saturday 11 to 4 and Sunday 11 to 3. If you would like to visit the shelter to adopt at another time, call (928) 537-8009.

MISSION: Provide non-lethal solutions to pet over-population.
SOLUTION: To furnish professional, affordable spay/neuter programs and place pets in caring homes.

We operate a discount spay/neuter clinic for clients who are unable to afford full-service prices, our goal being to stop the excess population of pets before they end up in shelters. We also foster a limited number of pets.
