Hi my name is Sprite, and I'm a spunky little guy who loves to talk and has an even bigger heart. I love to run and play with my foster brother Soot, and I try to be friends with my foster mom's cats. I'm still a little unsure about the world, but I do my best to be the bravest boy. I absolutely love being petted and will often let my foster mom know if I haven't gotten as many as I deserve. I'm an inside only kitty. I am so excited to find my forever home with you!

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
