Bodie is a goldendoodle mini, born 12/30/22 adopted 06/25/23. He is a people dog, loves his kitty "Jack" and is crate trained since day one at my home. Bodie walks very nicely on his lease and knows "sit" and wait (I say "what do we do?"). He is a teenager and has teenager traits like my two youngest grandchildren. He loves Dog TV. I work full time weekdays and he stays in a crate when I am gone. My biggest concern is that day schedule. He needs to be brushed and combed daily and he likes to be brushed. He loves to go on walks and does very well on lease. Bodie came from a professional breeder of goldendoodles and was crate-trained when I got him.
Bodie will do well in a home with a family who can play with him and be around more often than I can be. I want to be fair to him and me. I am 76 years old, grew up with dogs and cats and have traveled as a nurse with my previous animals. I was not prepared for the care this breed requires.
