Saved dog from euthanasia because wasn't able to find right home. Would need help in stopping barking at smaller dogs and sometimes people.

"Kaya was a star in playgroups at shelter, engaging with other gentle dogs once she feels at ease. Games of chase and moments of shared laughter create a heartwarming picture of her potential as a social companion. Volunteers witnessed Kaya’s progress, noting her emerging confidence and newfound joy. Her nervousness takes a back seat when the toys come out, revealing a pup eager to experience the lighter side of life. This 2-year-old Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix has a soft spot for squeaky toys and daily frolics in the yard.

Weighing in at around 87 pounds, Kaya is open to being your one and only or joining a doggy buddy with the right match. A loving home where she can continue to flourish is all she dreams of."
