Note: adopter must live within a hour of High Ridge, MO. We do not recommend Russell for senior adopters for Russell as he has a habit of getting under foster parents feet.

Russell is a 10-week old Shih Tzu who is soft as a bunny. He loves to play with toys, cuddle, and give kisses. Russell is potty-pad trained and is used to an exercise pen. He will need to be slowly acclimated to crate training since he is a young pup.
