Rocco is Adopted

Rocco is located in Mentor Ohio and hid adoption fee/donation is 350

From his foster
Rocco, aka Choochie is ready for his furever home!!
He is a shihtzu about 5 years old, neutered, dental cleaning done, up to date on shots, microchipped, on heartworm & flea/tick meds and housebroken.
Choochie was found in a ditch in Holmes County and taken to the dog shelter.
Most likely a puppy mill dump, or escapee.
He was terrified, and not wanting to be handled (fear biting).
So, I went and got him. Since then, he is a completely different dog!

He is really developing! He is such a character!
Very curious about everything, and loving being a house dog!
He is very puppy like, silly, happy, loving and playful.
He plays hard, and naps harder. He likes a good snuggle too!
Chooch will need other dogs that he can wrestle, play with and learn from.
He will also need a fenced yard.
He is still terrified of a leash, and will not walk on one, he just thrashes around.
He is a very active lil fella, and will need an active home.
He is about 16-17 lbs.

We do not ship dogs. Pet needs to be picked up at foster home. In some cases we may be able to assist with transport.
