We were also a rehome for Rozay on June 4, 2019. He came from a co-worker of a family member that did not have time to take care of him anymore. We took him in and it has been an absolutely AMAZING nearly 5 years. He has been rehomed prior to that as well, so we don't know much about his origin or complete history, but based on what we were told, he should be almost 9 years old.
Rozay is the most cuddly, human loving dog you'll ever meet. He loves people, wants to be beside someone, and his love language is physical touch.
We recently had a baby, and that has unfortunately been a really hard transition for Rozay. At the direction of our vet, we have done baby noise desensitization training with him, walks with the baby, supervised time, and anxiety medicine, but to no avail, Rozay has not taken to any of it and is clearly uncomfortable.
Rozay would thrive in a home without other pets and young children. We are heartbroken, but want to do right by him.
