Russell was born in Iowa on the early morning of November 1st 2017. His dad was my previous dog, Max, who passed 3 years ago at age 13. Russell is a very good dog, obedient, comes when called and I trust him without a leash. He has a lot of energy, needs exercise and to play with other dogs and wants to be outdoors. Never had a problem with other dogs, always get great feedback when I board him. He is not fond of cats and hunts prairie dogs. Never had a problem with people, adults or kids. He would do best in a home with more dogs, he likes to be in a pack. In my new job I am traveling 2-3 weeks every month and I have to board him. When I am home he wants to play with other dogs. He is the happiest when I send him across the street to play with my neighbors’ huskies. I am taking an assignment in a different state for close to 3 months and that will happen about twice a year. I can’t keep him and expect him to be happy so looking for a family with other dogs and outdoor space to play
