Beau came to us underweight, but you can tell he’s grateful to always have a full belly and is slowly starting to look much healthier! That said, he is very food and treat motivated, which will help when it comes to training. With his endearing personality and adorable looks, Beau is sure to bring happiness to any loving home. Beau is a Husky mix, weighs 51 pounds, and was born on 2/1/2023. Before adoption, he will be neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and flea/tick/heartworm preventative. The Bulverde Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 1983 by Dolores Caldwell, BAHS is a no-kill shelter caring for up to 400 dogs and cats annually. The shelter resides on 3.25 acres of park-like land and houses indoor/outdoor kennels, a cattery, nursery/medical recovery building, agility fields, and fenced-in play yards.
BAHS is powered by volunteers and overseen by a Board of Directors. Our volunteers ensure the dogs and cats get plenty of exercise, playtime, and unlimited cuddles, love, and affection.
