My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Milo, a brave survivor.

Milo is one of our more long term puppies, we've seen him grow from shin height to above knee height! He's a very energetic dog, he enjoys walks and backyard play with his backyard buddies and with our staff.

The interesting story on Milo is his Parvo journey. When we originally got Milo into our building he was the most energetic healthiest of puppies! And 3 weeks of him being with us he unfortunately started showing symptoms of parvo, however we just couldn't believe it, this puppy was resilient and he had so much life even with disease he had, he was sick but playing like he wasn't! For a month after that the staff at Lakeland kept Milo healthy enough to get through his parvo and when he came back he was still the sweetest most joyful puppy we'd seen.

Where Milo came from before being with us, we don't know. As you'd see if you met him he has a cute funky tail. Whoever took care of him previously docked his tail. Milo's breed doesn't usually get a docked tail, even more so a 6 inch docked tail but he's got the cutest nub! Definitely interesting for a dog like him!

It's not even just about the story Milo comes with it's who he's going to grow into as an adult, which is going to be a wonderful dog he has a great future ahead of him if you're willing to give him one.
