Hi! My name is Phoenix. I came in as a stray and nobody claimed me. I am a shy and scared puppy in the shelter. I flinch when people try to pet me. Shelter staff think I may have been hit. I am 12-15 weeks old and I'm looking to find my place in this big world. FAIR WARNING: I still have a way to go to fit into my paws, I'm going to be a BIG girl when I'm done growing.
