Otis is a chunky 9 pound, 10-year-old, Chihuahua mix. This little guy was surrendered to the rescue when his people became too frail to properly care for him. He will do best in a home with experienced Chihuahua owners, as he can be a little spitfire. He would do best in a home with other dogs or cats, but not young children- he gets along with other pets but is pretty skittish and set in his ways.

Otis is sweet- loves a good scratch, belly rub, and sleeping next to his person. He is a guy of routine- eating, potty, and knows that good boy means he gets a treat! Otis is not really leash trained, has worked on relearning potty training, and has not needed to use a crate.
