My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Esme was adopted from Pet Friends as a tiny kitten. After 5 years in amazingly loving home, her mom passed away unexpectedly. Esme returned to her foster and needed almost a year to get her health back in order. She has a chronic stuffy nose, and she had all of her teeth pulled. She is the best....everything you could possibly want in a cat. Cuddly, purry, sweet, affectionate, playful - literally the perfect cat. She would do well as an only animal and queen of her castle, or as a member of a pack. She lived with dogs and children in her previous home, and loves to take care of the other cats in her current situation.

Adoption fees: $275 for dogs; $100 for cats (discounts for adoption of pairs).

Adoption application, requiring vet check, landlord check.
Adoption contract requiring pet be returned to us if adopter can not keep. Cats are adopted as INDOOR ONLY and declawing is prohibited.

Go meet their pets

Our dogs are available to meet the public on the first through fourth Saturdays of each month at Carwen's Boarding, Grooming, and Training Center, 101 Buttermilk Hollow Road, North Huntingdon, PA, from 11 until 2. They can also be met by appointment by adopters whose applications have been approved.

Our cats are all housed in foster homes. Meet and greets can be scheduled to meet available cats and kittens. We regularly host meet-a-pet events - check our Facebook page for information.
