This little boy is just a puppy, approx 4 months old as of jan 21 /2024, he is approx 6 lbs and should in the 15 lb range when fully grown..he is very active and loves to run and play with the other dogs and can be a little annoying to the ones that just don't want to play.. he will need house training and training on a harness.. we were told he was a Maltese mix, he loves attention and as he is so small we require an adult only home..

OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require experienced dog owners only.


The total adoption fee of $ 400 ( and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at
