My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Porthos is a 6-7 year old Beagle who is sweet but very scared - he has obviously been mistreated by humans, so we are going slowly with him to gain his trust. He will need compassionate and loving humans to help him get over his fear. HOWEVER - he loves, loves dogs. They are validating for him and he will need a home with dogs to loosen him up. He doesn't seem interested in cats, but does love dog friends! Our mission is to promote the rescue and adoption of companion animals, with a focus on senior and special needs pets.
