Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Doodad was found as a stray, we loved him at his first sad face encounter. Sometimes we can just read the GOOD off a dog's eyes, and Doodad is pure good!
Doodad may look tough on the outside, but he's a big softie at heart. All he wants is someone to love and play with you. He may be too big to be carried around in a purse but he still snugly and demands treats, lots of them. He loves to go on strolls and being told how beautiful his smooshy face is and for that he will repay you with a million kisses. Now who could resist that?!
He's fairly low to medium energy. He has the potential to do well with dogs, pending a met and greet and respectful older kids. He's is loving, super sweet, walks gentle on a lead, and takes treats with the best manners. Doodad is waiting for a forever home and he cannot wait to infuse it with all his awesome! He loves, loves being a family man. It's a position invented for him, as far as he's concerned!
Doodad is not in the main public section of the shelter, so be sure to ask for him by name if you come to visit him!
