Feather was discovered as a stray in Queens, and when someone from our team picked her up, she was skin and bones. We are pretty sure she was dumped by her former person because she’s a very social girl who likes to explore, and she follows her foster Mom around and sits by her side on the couch. Because this six-year-old girl was basically starving for who-knows-how long, she meows when she’s hungry and will swat any other animal who gets in her way, something that will probably diminish with time once she knows where her next meal is coming from! With proper introduction, she’d do just fine with another cat or an older, calm dog.
