Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Lylla! Our roving reporter caught up with her recently for a Hollywood style interview.
What's your favorite toy, and why do you love it so much?
Right now, my heart is set on peanut butter filled Kongs. Why do I love it you ask?? Umm...because its peanut butter silly!
Can you describe your perfect day?
Think of this like an ice cream sundae...the ice cream is quiet time in a safe space with the comfort of my crate available at all times. The chocolate sauce is practicing some fun training exercises - I just LOVE giving paw. The sprinkles are TREATS...I have quite a few snacks I find SO scrumptious...peanut butter, yogurt, cheese, and sardines are some of my favorites! Rounding this day out with the cherry on top...snuggles with you of course
Are you a fan of car rides, or do they make you anxious?
Right now, car rides really scare me, the outside world is still very intimidating to me and I really prefer to stay in the comfort of my own home.
How do you show your humans that you love them?
You know that saying - the eyes are the windows to the soul - I'm a big believer in that and since I'm still quite shy, I like to lovingly gaze at my human family. Once I warm up, I'm all about kisses and close snuggles.
What do you want people to know about you?
I am a very sweet and sensitive little girl that is eager to please. I've been through some scary times in my life and am still learning how to overcome them. I get nervous easily and am quite timid but I promise I have so much love to give. I just need a family that sees me and is willing to patiently sit by my side while I build up the courage to try new things. Once I get to know you, I will be your loyal companion and fill your day with smiles and loves, I just know it.
