Meet Simon Salt. His foster mom often calls him just by his last name of Salt or even as Mr. Salt for fun but you may decide that Simon is the best name for him. He’s a very handsome young cat who was found as a stray and he is currently enjoying his new indoor only life.

We think he is about one or two years old and he is a sweet, friendly boy. He will happily greet visitors and will enjoy spending time with you when you return home from work or school or after running errands. You won’t get tired of looking at his beautiful white and grey face and his very cute white mittens.

He enjoys being petted and getting attention but he can sometimes get overstimulated and may give a little nip so it will be important to watch his cues. As a young cat, we believe that he will learn to enjoy playing with many different types of toys and a large goody bag of new toys will go with him to his new home. We are certain that he will enjoy looking out windows at all the fun things he can see while staying in his nice warm inside only home.

Simon Salt will do best in a home with adults only or with older children who understand cat boundaries. We don’t know for certain how he is with other cats or dogs but it seems like with a proper slow introduction he will probably do just fine but he would also do well as an only cat if you can only make room in your heart and home for one furry family member.
