My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Diesel, a lovable and sweet Pit Bull who is looking for his forever home. This handsome boy has a stunning white coat with BRINDLE SPOTS!!

He has a playful and friendly personality that will melt your heart as this boy LOVES to cuddle and give kisses. He even has been learning how to sit on command.

Despite his large size, Diesel is a big softie! He loves nothing more than cuddling up with people to give them lots of love and affection. He's a loyal and devoted companion who just wants to be loved and taken care of. He does get nervous around other animals so he's looking for a home with no other pets so he can relax and love on his new family.

Diesel has already been neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, and is up to date on vaccinations!

Diesel has been sponsored; this means that he has NO ADOPTION FEE!!

More about this shelter

The SEK Humane Society was started in 1973 with a very small building housing only around 20 dogs and cats. Now because of wonderful donations we have a bigger building and are able to house 90-95 dogs and 35-40 cats. We are a non-profit and are run on donations and a few grants. Our dedicated staff and volunteers have a deep passion for the homeless animals in our area and work hard everyday to help better their lives and educate the public.
