My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luda needs a forever home. He was taken from a neglected home as in poor condition and the vet in South Korea stated that his vocal cords had been removed. Luda also needed luxating patella surgery which Luda received and has fully recovered.

He is a male, Maltese mix, 6 years old, 8 lbs, friendly, good with dogs, can be cat tested, and simply needs a loving family.
