Pumpkin Shark (aka Punky) is an orange tabby with amazingly beautiful eyes and a funny puffy tail who likes being around people. He's super playful and fun to watch, and has a quirky personality. He's not quite there with people, though, even though we know he wants to be friendly, so you'll need some patience with him. Punky (as we like to call him) loves to play with other cats and must be adopted into a home with playmates. He'd make a wonderful companion for a playful younger cat!

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.

We hold Saturday adoption events at Unleashed by Petco in Park Slope and Petsmart on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (check our website and Facebook page for more information) and have cats at Bushy Tails pet store in Bushwick and Petsmart.
