Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Jake, one of the dynamic duo of 4-month-old German Shepherd mixes, weighing 20 pounds. Jake sports the classic German Shepherd ears and color markings. The whole family has become their best friends, showcasing their friendly nature.
Jake is impressively house-trained, with only a single pee accident so far. Good with children aged 5-12, Jake has no special needs and is adapting well to his routine.
Jake shows promising behavior around cats, even if there's some initial barking. Jake is also intrigued by the neighbors' chickens and cows from a distance. He will tolerate baths and car rides, though Jake tends to get car sick.
His favorite pastime includes outdoor play, especially chasing balls and sticks. He is learning commands like "No," "Drop," "Down," and "Come," showcasing his intelligence. Crate trained and well-behaved on a leash, Jake thrives on attention, outdoor time, and the love of a family.
Ideal home for Jake would provide plenty of attention, outdoor activities, and maybe even a companion. Jake exhibits cute and funny behaviors, with Jake displaying amusing tired noises.
Upon arrival at his foster home, Jake was dirty and cold. After a warm bath and a day of rest, he adjusted well, with minimal potty incidents. Eager to play, cuddle, and explore, Jake is ready to bring joy to a loving home.
As for travel, there's uncertainty due to Jake's car sickness, but further exploration of different methods may provide clarity. Please consider welcoming Jake into your family-he is sure to fill your home with love and laughter.
