Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Age: 9 years old Weight: 92 pounds Dogs? Possibly! I've gotten along nicely with several other dogs in the past! Cats? No thank you! Kids? Older kids required.
Stasia is the sweetest and most lovable dog. She walks very well on leash, and in the moments when she has forgotten her manners, all it takes is to pause for a moment and she politely walks back to your side. Stasia loves to go for walks, but being a large and older lady, long hikes are little hard on her joints. Stasia is a staff and volunteer favorite! She is affectionate and playful and wins everyone over with her sweet face. Stasia has met several dogs while at AVHS and lived with a medium sized male dog for several years. Please bring your dog to the shelter if you are considering adopting this sweet girl!
If interested in adopting me, please make sure to fill out an application prior to calling the office. https://www.ark-valley.org/adoption-matchmaker-application/ Please note most of our animals are in foster homes and appointments are required for meeting adoptable animals. This animal may have one or two breeds listed on its profile based on its physical characteristics, however our staff is never certain. The majority of animals that come through our shelter are mixed breed and have not had a breed test done.
