Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Miss Patches is needing a foster or forever home SOON, by February 14th. Her mom is no longer able to take care of her and has let us know that she will be surrendering back to the shelter. We don’t want this to happen for this sweet senior! Please share- this is what she wrote about her-
“What can I say about Patches!!
When I got her I was actually worried she had given up due to age, arthritis and the circumstances in which she had been living. She was lethargic, slept ALL the time and never really acted happy lol Once she settled in and I changed her food, she became a totally different dog. She still sleeps a lot but when we go outside she wants to run around and play. I believe she is close to being totally deaf and I feel like her eyesight isn't great but she is still ready to be someone's FURever .. I'm happy to share the food with you and I also believe she needs to continue on some type of arthritis medicine.
Our schedule is typically out to pee around 7:30 am, out again when someone gets home (no later than 4:30) and she typically pees & poos, then I feed her 2 cups of food daily, she pees around 7 pm & then again before 11 pm. She loves her bed & blankets, not much for toys or treats really. She's happy just being warm, fed & loved”
Who is looking to add an easy, low maintenance girl to your home? She can offer you the best companionship without being “too much” or too high energy! We do know that she prefers to be the only dog- she startles easy and NO CATS. She will chase!
Please share- transport can be arranged and fee is waived to the right home. We just want to see this senior girl living out her best days and not have to return to the shelter. Knoxville, TN
