My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nick got his name because he was rescued in the nick of time. Literally. He was spotted laying in the ditch of a country road, bleeding profusely from his leg and his gums pale from the bloodless. He was rushed to the vet and miraculously stayed alive with supportive care! Nick was super skinny and clearly traumatized. Since he's a puppy still, he's bouncing back fast and he is curious about everyone he meets. He's still learning to play with the ball and to be carefree but he's getting more comfortable each day. He will be a nice size at about 50-55 lbs. Nick is looking for a loving and patient home with yard access. He will make you fall in love with him as soon as you meet him. Nick has the most soulful eyes and his fur is incredibly soft.
