My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

THIS animal listing is a COURTESY LISTING - not a 13th St Cat Rescue animal.
See information about whom to contact in bio THANK YOU

tuxi was found on the streets where she had been living for about 6 months. A caring family took her in but they need to find a new home for her because of having dogs and cats of their own. She is a bit shy but can be held and petted. She was being beaten up on the streets so she would do her best as an indoor cat with a quiet household.

More about this rescue

13th Street Cats is an all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of feral and social cats and reducing the population by TNR – Trap, Neuter, Return in Santa Clara County. Kittens and cats that can be socialized are taken into foster care while waiting adoption. With a no kill philosophy, 13th St Cats is pleased to be able to rescue these homeless animals who might otherwise end up in a local kill shelter, helping to reduce euthanasia rates.
