Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, I’m a big ol’ guy named Rip. I was brought to HOPE after my owner could no longer care for me, she was in older lady who used a walker. I’m a pretty chill guy but I was still just a bit too much for her. I really try my best not to jump up when I get excited but sometimes I need a reminder, but I’m pretty gentle about it! I’m gonna need help learning how to walk on a leash and I kind of have a bad habit of marking everything. Some training and maybe a belly band should help, I seem potty trained otherwise!
I’ve lived with a cat and don’t mind the lobby cats either. I kind of like other dogs a bit too much and can be quite a lot when we’re playing. So I’ll need to make sure any pups I go home with are okay with me and our people can keep an eye on us while we’re getting adjusted in my new home.
