Hi there! I'm Billie, I arrived at HOPE after being abandoned by my people after they moved out of their home! Thankfully the neighbors noticed and kept me for a month while they made some room at HOPE for me! My foster said I loved their dog and children. I would of liked their cat too but she was a little grumpy. No worries, I do just fine here in the communal cat room. I am said to be very sweet, extremely friendly and so affectionate! I run right up to people and love them all.
