My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I’m Bandit! My friend JJ and I are hoping you will be our forever home! I’ve never had any humans to call my own. Now that I have a friend I sure hope we get our very own human who will love us forever!

A human told me that my name is Bandit because I have black around my eyes. My friend JJ is named after a human called Jessie James. I’m not sure what these human names mean but I like the sound of them especially since I get veggies and hay when I hear a human say them!

In December 2022 a nice human from SCGPR came to the shelter and rescued me along with eleven of my friends. At first I was really scared, but the humans at SCGPR are so nice and for the very first time I learned how cuddly a human lap can be! The best part is that the nice humans found me a great friend, so now I am not alone.

My friend JJ was also rescued when he was just four weeks old in December 2023. He was living outside in the cold and was very hungry. He told me that now he is so happy living in his warm and cozy SCGPR foster home!

We sure hope that we get a human to call our own very soon

We'll need a 4x2 C&C cage or a double midwest cage setup. The 4x2 C&C cage measures 56" x 27". Please see our Supply list for links to approved habitats: https://www.socalguineapigrescue.org/supplies-list

All of our piggies are fostered in LA, OC and Ventura Counties so please message us if you would like to meet any of them.
