My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hazel was found in January curled up in a ditch. She had recently birthed puppies, was mistreated, starved, and then abandoned in freezing temperatures. She is very calm, sweet, and accepting but as she has received cuddles, food, and love, we see she is very intelligent and gaining confidence. She is even starting to get the zoomies now! She will follow you around the house and yard. When feeling comfortable and happy, she likes to do little tumbles and summersaults. She loves being indoors so a large yard is not required. We adopted her a couple months ago but our other alpha female and her refused to get along and it is too dangerous to keep them together (she’s fine with submissive males or as an only dog). NOTE: She is NOT aggressive with kids. She is scared of sudden movements and loud noises, but as long as people are calm around her, she will be fine. She is completely healthy, vaccinated, and fixed and ready for a great home! We are extremely sad she can’t stay with us :(
