We adopted Kiwi 5 years ago when my mother-in-law discovered a feral cat had given birth to kittens in their garage, included is a photo of when she was a kitten along with one of her siblings.
She's very sweet, has a very soft coat, and is an expert mouse hunter.
Kiwi gets along with other pets and kids. We have another cat that's getting quite old, which we are rehoming to another family member, and we have a dog, whom she loves to snuggle.
My wife and I have had two kids since we got Kiwi, and I have two older kids from my previous marriage, so it's a full house around here and unfortunately Kiwi just doesn't get the attention she deserves. Another reason I am looking to rehome Kiwi is because I have cat allergies. I love cats, so I've mostly been willing to suffer with the occasional outbreak of watery eyes and a runny nose, but lately I've become even more sensitive and it's become very stressful to have to deal with allergic reactions on top of being a busy father of four.
