Poof is shy at first but warms up quickly. He was picked up as a stray in CA. Poof is just a year old and weighs 8 pounds. He is current on his vaccines (including Rabies and Bordetella) and is microchipped.
Poof has a neuter appointment scheduled (the cost is covered by the rescue.
