Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
(We have a transport trip scheduled on 2/4/24 to Napa Ca. and will be extending our trip to other areas of Northern California and OR for the right families. We will be dividing transport costs between all adopters in route to alleviate the total transport costs. We would love to add these girls to our route for the right person/families if we don't find a family for them before then.)
Meet Mittens and Yuki! They are purebred golden retriever sisters. They are 3.5 months of age.
They are current on all age appropriate vaccines, including Bordetella and Rabies. They both are microchipped, and have been dewormed through our vet. Both will have had exams on 1/16/24 and will have a health certificate that will go home with them from our vets. They will be going home on spay contracts as they are much to young to spay.
Both are pad trained, and are currently learning the concept of inside/outside. House training will be continuous in their next home, as will leash training as we have not started that yet but both girls are very smart and eager to please which will make training easy moving forward ❤️
Both are great with other dogs, and cats alike. Very sweet with people, and LOVE affection. They love being held and will melt in your arms 🥰 so we soak up all the love we can while they are still small enough to carry ☺️
Both do very well at bathtime, and have had small trips around town to acclimate them to the car which they have gone phenomenal with.
They are both well conditioned to the crate at night to sleep in, so if you choose to continue crating them you won't have an issue doing so!
They love toys, but will happily give up a toy if it means they get your attention instead. They are loving, playful, outgoing, sweet, fun, and beautifully tempered girls. You do not want to pass up the opportunity of calling one of them yours ❤️
Their owner reached out to us to take them in, and in turn we fixed both mom and dad for them. Their momma dog unfortunately became pregnant before her spay apt. They didn't want to abort her litter so they saw her through it all.
No! They do not need to be rehomed together. They will be perfectly okay in homes all their own!!!
If you are looking for two, then yes, these two would make a great pair. But! Again, they do not need to be adopted together 😊
These sweet angel babies are truly the best girls ever and will fill your hearts and homes with more joy than you knew possible ❤️
Their adoption fees along with their breakdown is on our website at breadoflifek9refuge.org.
