Hi, my name is Lucas, although my fosters call me “Renny;” I like the name and my fosters. I currently weigh about 39 pounds and am about 20” tall.

Although I’m only 10 months old, I have had a pretty rough life so far. So please understand that although I am shy with new people and situations, I have a very, very bright personality that will show within a few days of meeting you.

Once I know I am in a safe place with people who love me, I am quite an adventurous, energetic pup! My foster mom taught me to sit, come, and down within 2 days of moving in, and I’m currently working on not jumping on people. I just get so excited when I find new people to trust that I want them to know how much I love and appreciate them! After getting all my energy out, I enjoy lots of snuggles and cuddles and love laying in your lap and sleeping next to you.

Sharing my space, food, and toys with other dogs, cats, and humans is no big deal!
