Roo is estimated to be 6 months old and weighs 16 lbs. he was rescued from a pack of feral dogs in Puerto Rico. He is a shy guy that is starting to gain trust and feel joy. We know he will continue to blossom. He will do best in a home with another confident dog to help guide him.

He will be fully vetted, vaccinated and neutered before he flys. Please fill out the application to learn more about him.
