Unicorn alert! Cats OK!! ABMR Posie is the sweetest girl and just loves everyone she meets. She even ignores the cats! She is good with people, even savvy children with appropriate introductions. She is a bit dog-selective, but is doing well with the dogs in her current foster home. She does not like rude, in-your-face dogs. This is pretty typical of this breed though, lol.

We don't know her past, but Posie has been obviously abused in her "prior life", she came into Rescue emaciated, covered in sores, and heartworm positive. But so loving and trusting. It was humbling.

Posie is doing well in her foster home, she has completed her heartworm treatment and is now a very healthy weight. She was recently spayed. She has an old hip injury and has had surgery for this in the past. Overall, Posie gets along fine, it does not bother her too much now. She will be a wonderful lower-energy/drive companion who will accompany you on long walks and play-time in the yard. Posie has a good off-switch in the home and loves to snuggle in a lap.. She has been good left in a closed-off area when her foster is away, although she would do best with someone who is home more often. She is still a Malinois, and will require someone with realistic expectations who will provide consistent and fair training to bring out her best!!
