Hi, I'm Texana! I'm a high-energy pup with a big heart who absolutely loves people. My ideal day includes playing with toys and enjoying cuddles after a fun romp. I'm great with other dogs and thrive in their company, but nothing compares to the love I have for my humans. I do need a home with moderate experience, as I can be a bit of a handful sometimes. I struggle with separation anxiety, which means I'm not a fan of cars or being left alone for long periods. I just want to feel safe and loved. If you're looking for an energetic companion who will bring joy and warmth to your life, I can't wait to find my forever home with you!

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
