My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Bobby Brady!

Bobby is the sweetest little kitty with an extra special story! Born without eyelids, Bobby had a special surgery to fix his eyes, and despite his rough start, with the love and dedication from AFRP's clinic staff and his amazing fosters, Bobby loves showing his love every single day. He's a 100% lap cat who adores snuggling up with his humans and making the cutest sounds to let you know just how happy he is.

Bobby's also a master "muffin maker," kneading away with joy whenever he's feeling extra cozy. And while he's a total lovebug, he's got a playful side too! Bobby loves zooming around with his toys and scaling the tallest spots in the house like a little adventurer.

As Bobby had limited vision as a kitten, he can be a bit shy and may take some time warming up in new situations but has shown to make amazing progress since having surgery! He's spent quite a bit of time with his brother, Peter, and is bonded to him so they must be adopted together. They may do just fine in a home with a cat-savvy dog, or other friendly cats but should be introduced to any new animals slowly and overtime. They would love a home with adult adopters or with cat-savvy children over the age of 10!

Bobby is currently at our adoptions location inside Pet Food Express at the Crossroads in Carmel. An application must be submitted and approved online prior to scheduling a meet and greet.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees help to cover the cost of the care the animal has received during their time with us, including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchipping, deworming, and flea treatment and basic foster care.

All potential adopters complete an application and are screened using a standardized series of questions by a trained adoption counselor. If the application and screening are satisfactory, a qualified adopter can complete a contract, pay the adoption fee and take the animal home.
